I have tried so many different vitamins from the major supplement retailers and even got involved with several multi-level marketing nutrition companies.  Some of them seemed “ok” but the biggest emphasis seemed to be on the promises on the labels and selling and expanding with the MLM’s.

One day, I was taken by a certified nutritionist friend of mine, Anna Bielecki, who had cleared herself of ovarian cancer, to a specialized seminar for health professionals only.  It was there I learned some amazing things:
