RETURN OF THE PROSTATE

Ask a man under 40 about his prostate and he probably won’t know what you’re talking about.  Ask a man over 40 and he’ll see the nightmarish image of his doctor snapping on a glove and sticking a finger up where the sun don’t shine.  Ask a man over 50 and he’ll probably curse that thing makes him get up a bunch of times during the night to pee. That “thing” is the prostate gland which provides moisture for the urethra and fluid for semen.  And as men get older it has a tendency to get bigger and in the process, it squeezes the already thin tube from the bladder, thus making urination a new adventure. It’s called BPH.    Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.   The Benign part is that it isn’t cancer.  The rest of it sucks. When I crept over the half century mark and began to notice my own signs of BPH, I did my research and found the 4 keys to prostate health.
Picture
1)   A healthy diet
2)   Exercise
3)   Stress relief
4)   The right supplements

Once I got my own prostate issues under control, I took the 4 Keys for granted until just recently.  I spent an entire Friday, downtown at the Superior Court on call for jury duty.  Then on Saturday and Sunday, I was at a Quantum Reflex Analysis™ seminar, getting updates on wellness techniques and protocols.

That’s 3 days of an EXTRAORDINARY amount of sitting.  I fell asleep Sunday night and dun dun dunnnn!!!   Once again I experienced the “adventure.”  At least 6 times during the night, maybe more, I had to get up to pee.  It was the return of the prostate.  Instant BPH Symptomania!Monday, I thought about the previous 3 days and went over my checklist:
1)   I didn’t have my normal healthy food while at court.  I didn’t eat as often as I normally do at the seminar.
2)   No exercise.  Zip.  Bupkes.  Extremely unusual for me.
3)   Stress up the gazonk.   The jury duty assembly room is PURGATORY.   The seminar was incredible, but a lot of new info to take in and         ALL THAT SITTING!
4)    I didn’t take my supplements during the seminar so I could be properly tested.  (We test each other and refrain from supplements to get a  clear reading of what the body needs).

Strike 4.  And I’m freaking out about how long this is going to last. So, Monday, I eat, work out, yoga, meditation, and supplement city.  I loaded up with Prostate Complex, MultiPollen extract and Allicidin.  Tuesday night.  What happened?   Get this.  I slept all the way through the night without getting up to pee once

.I will never, ever take the 4 keys to Prostate Health for granted again.

Here are some of the beyond organic supplements I used:
