Full-Range Resistance - Use of bands, tubes, hand-held medicine balls, conventional medicine balls & Bodyblade to create resistance in multiple planes while using your own body for stability and movement.

Balance & Agility - Using techniques from yoga, martial arts, dance, and athletic training to correct muscle imbalances and increase proprioception on two legs, one leg, standing and moving in multiple variations.

Performance Enhancement - Use of fitness aids such as cones, rings, pods, discs, Reebok coreboard, Indo board, plyometric box, CoreXPress system, Indian clubs Lebert equalizer, and any new effective fitness device that comes along.

Interval Training - Mixing and matching intense cardio, resistance and skill sets in specially timed sequences spaced out with strategic rest periods to get the maximum performance capacity in a shorter time frame.

Guided Meditation - Calming music plays while lying in comfortable restorative shavasana pose to take one through a soothing, de-stressing, rejuvenating, and empowering journey of a non-religious, non-denominational higher form of consciousness and awareness.
